Way to Farm is a dairy delivery platform that connects customers with local dairy farmers. We facilitate the ordering and delivery of fresh dairy products including milk, butter, cheese, and other dairy items.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Placement

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

4.3 Payment

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery where available.

5. Delivery Terms

  • We deliver within specified areas and time slots
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors
  • Someone must be present to receive the delivery
  • We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control

6. Product Quality and Returns

6.1 Quality Assurance

We strive to deliver fresh, high-quality dairy products. All products undergo quality checks before delivery.

6.2 Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of dairy products, returns are only accepted in cases of:

  • Damaged or spoiled products
  • Incorrect orders
  • Non-delivery of confirmed orders

Claims must be made within 2 hours of delivery.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery information
  • Be available during delivery windows
  • Handle products appropriately upon receipt
  • Not misuse the app or services
  • Respect delivery personnel

8. Limitation of Liability

Way to Farm's liability is limited to the value of the products ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual Property
